On the engine has been done the following:
First of all besides the regular service on the motor has been done complete overhauling.
Witch means new valves,new gaskets,new exhaust elbow,complete turbocharger rebuilt,raw water pump rebuild, starter and alternator,heatechanger dismount ,clean and new Orings,aftercooler clean.
Injectors and high pump .
New pipes and hoses ,clamps,
Installation of new lubricant change pump.
New cooled shaft seal bearing, centerization of propeller and shaft adjusted pitch.

On the Generator has been done :
Starter and alternator
Exhaust elbow clean
New raw waterpump
New pipes and hoses
Heatechanger cleaned and reinstalled

The watermaker is my project and composes of:
Comet 3 piston brass high pressure pump 15.5 liters / min
Powered by a 3 hp single phase electromotor
And a kraft self priming low pressure pump powered by 1 hp and a single membrane 4040 .
All this stuff together produces approx 200L/h at 60 bar.

The Air-conditioning system is a webasto brand 40000 btu chiller, with one serviced raw waterpump MC 5 D and a calpeda 750 watt for the sweet water circulation.
All fancoils has beed chemically cleaned and checked . Hasn’t been used much.

The webasto heating system has beed working just fine and the preheater also few sensors has been replaced, the main heatair hose has been replaced also the device has been serviced.
