Equipé d’un moteur de 80cv ce voilier ne renit pas son coté ‚ Power Sailor‘ qui lui permettra de remonter la mer et le vent sans difficulté.
Le cockpit central sécurisant abrite un poste de navigation et la barre à roue, ce qui permet d’assurer les quarts dans toutes les conditions de météo.
Ce voilier peut être facilement mené en solitaire ou en équipage réduit.
Voilier de grand large, il offre une bonne intimité avec ses deux cabines équipées de toilettes avec douche.

La coque en GRP est moulée selon la spécification 100 A1 sous la supervision de Lloyds et le bateau a fait ses preuves en mer, est solidement construit et est un yacht de croisière tout à fait réussi.
Son gouvernail est bien placé derrière la grande hélice à trois pales (la direction est assurée par un engrenage Whitlock et la commande du moteur par un monolevier Morse), ce qui garantit une tenue impressionnante au moteur, bien que sa longue quille exige une habileté particulière lorsqu’il s’agit de naviguer en marche arrière, quelle que soit la brise.

Le bateau présenté est en bel état pour son âge, un gros refit ( peinture coque et pont, électronique ) a déjà été fait. Il est régulièrement suivi et entretenu par son propriétaire passionné.

This historic yacht was built by FC Mitchell, Poole, to a design by Walter Rayner.
Equipped with an 80hp engine, this yacht retains her ‚Power Sailor‘ character, which enables her to sail upwind without difficulty.
The secure central cockpit houses a navigation station and steering wheel, allowing watchkeeping in all weather conditions.
This yacht can easily be sailed single-handed or with a small crew.
An ocean-going yacht, it offers good privacy with its two cabins equipped with toilets and showers.

The GRP hull is moulded to specification 100 A1 under Lloyds supervision and the boat is sea proven, solidly built and a thoroughly successful cruising yacht.
Her rudder is well placed behind the large three-bladed propeller (steering is by Whitlock gear and engine control by Morse monolever), ensuring impressive engine handling, although her long keel requires particular skill when sailing astern in any breeze.

The boat is in good condition for her age, and has already had a major refit (hull and deck paintwork, electronics). She is regularly monitored and maintained by her passionate owner.
