Sails & Rigging
Mast is anodized aluminum and is equipped with aluminum boom and 1 set of aluminum tube spreaders
Rigging is mast head and is set up with single lowers, upper shrouds, head stay, and back stays
Standard rigging is 1/19 S.S. cable with S . S . swage fittings at deck level
Turnbuckles are open barrel type and the take- ups are secured by use of cotter pins
Toggles are provided at each deck end and the clevis pins are secured by use of cotter pins.
Visual inspection of the cables, terminals, turnbuckles, toggles and pins disclosed no major defects at deck level
