The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40.3 is an excellent cruising yacht with comfortable accommodation and exceptional performance. The layout down below is spacious, there are 6 berths in 3 cabins plus the saloon which has plenty of room to sit at the table, in a well finished light environment. The Sun Odyssey 40.3 is known for its ease of handling. All lines lead aft to cockpit meaning the boat can be sailed single or shorthanded. This is a highly regarded family cruising yacht.

‚Lutetia‘ was first launched in 2005 and has been meticulously maintained by her owner, who as had her since new. She is well equipped and ready to sail away immediately having just had her annual service and anti fouling done. Over the years she has been upgraded with a new engine and has had the standing rigging replaced recently. Her navigational equipment includes plotter, radar, and radios. This boat is in great condition testament to the fastidiousness of her owner.

She is a very well equipped and comfortable cruiser with hot water throughout, an Eberspacher hot air heating system and two fully fitted head compartments.

The Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 40.3 sleep 6 in three cabins and the saloon. She has very good head room throughout and the saloon is particularly light and spacious. The galley has a two burner ,grill, and oven ,refrigerator and plenty of dry storage. The aft heads has a shower area and electric sea toilet and there is a ensuite heads for the forward cabin.
