Description
I am selling my VAN DE STADT PHOENIX Cockpit Central, a classic sailboat from 1976. It is currently located in South Africa and has a berth in the marina. This boat was fully refurbished in 2017.

Painting of the deck with non-slip coating
Various minor maintenance tasks carried out

Fuel pipes
Valves checked
Replacement of all standing rigging cables
Replacement of sheets and jammers

July 2021 :

The boat will be delivered with a complete hull painting and mooring awning revision.
