Boat anti-foul stripped back to gelcoat and 6 coats of gelsheild applied(2018). Moisture checked below average before

Owners Comments
First owner had her 20 years, never chartered, well loved and professionally maintained. First owner retired and spending more time in Spain and therefore required a large yacht.
The second owner bought her in Palma (Canadians)
The third owner bought her in Palms and had her professional sailed up to the Clyde in Scotland where she was sailed out of Clyde marina most weekends.
Current owner – I bought her in 2022 from Sunbird Clyde Marina and have carefully maintained and upgraded her. “Mistral” is a very capable yacht, quick, comfortable and fun to sail. Our plan was she would be a long term purchase however situation has changed and we are now looking for a larger yacht.
