The former lighthouse ship (Light Vessel LV94 from 1939 – originally in the Port of Amsterdam), converted into a public establishment (4th category (300 pax) and on standby at the Port of SETE (France)

The boat was completely restored in 2018 – 2020 (public safety compliance) and has already participated in the centenary of Georges BRASSENS in 2021 in the city of SETE / France.

The last hull survey was carried out in December 2016 by COMEX nuclear.

New interior fit-out, electrics and 4th Category SSI (300 Pax)

A 70-seat indoor restaurant + event bar and catering area on the upper deck for 80 people + a 150-seat concert hall and a bar, front deck bar service.

The RAZZLE boat is sold without kitchen equipment, lighting and sound (for rent).

The compliance documents are French (European); the lighthouse ship can be visited at the Port of SETE, but in case of acquisition, it will have to leave the Port.

The boat has already been towed from Amsterdam to Marseille in 2017.

The boat is still registered in the Netherlands and has all the French regulatory documents for public access.

Attention should be paid to the exterior part of the hull (locksmithing, doors, and underwater)
