Le Bot is a great example of the Hanse 400. This one is a 3 cabin / 2 heads version making it perfect for family and friends to enjoy.
She has been in the same ownership since new and has all the paperwork to support including proof of UK Vat paid should you wish to venture further afield. She has had a winter cover each year and her engine winterised every year from new.
Starting at the fore, the forward cabin is huge, a good size heads and sufficient storage space make these comfortable private quarters, well lit and easily accessible.
The saloon offers a lot of comfortable seating around a good size dinning table as well as two „directors“ chairs opposite, again with a centre (navigation) table. The galley is well equipped with twin sinks, fridge and coolbox, gas hob and oven and plenty of food preparation space along with a wine rack and wine glass holder. Entertainment is provided via TV or a Radio CD Player but additions can be made via the abundance of 13amp power sockets. Batteries are charged either by engine, solar or shore power (cable included)
The aft heads is opposite and easily accessible for the two double aft berths. (Holding tanks are fitted, one for each heads and hot and cold running water is supplied throughout)
All cabins include mattresses, wardrobes, heating vents for the Webasto heating system (replaced in 2021)
Maintenance has been ongoing with records to support.The standing rigging is original but has been inspected as and when required. The running rigging has been updated on a „as needed basis“
The saildrive was last changed in Feb 2021, A new Garmin chartplotter on bespoke pedastal was fitted in 2024 with a new ICOM radio, Wireless windex (2024) and an AIS Transceiver, A full cockpit tent added in 2023 and new batteries and a service in 2025.
Sails date to 2017, managing the sails is made easy by the self tacking jib and the 2 Electric winches (one original specification, the other a more recent addition). included is a 130% Genoa
Up on deck the theme of ease and convenience continues with steps to the mast, a bespoke step to aide access from the pontoon, a folding table on deck and a bespoke binnacle to give a clearer view of navigation equipment. The cockpit is dressed with two customer made cockpit seat cushions. Weighing anchor is also a breeze courtesy of the electric anchor windlass.
Also included is a Spinnaker and snuffer pole, fenders and a bow fender, mooring lines and a sail bag
Additional features include a Diesel Heating System, Autopilot, a Bow Thruster and a Seago 4 person liferaft (due a service) and so much more.
