Remarks :
This shallow draft 1985 Beneteau First 305 requires a fair bit of upgrading, hence the price. She is powered by a shaft driven 18HP Volvo diesel engine. Her inventory includes in-mast furling mainsail, furling genoa, spinnaker, electric windlass, six berths, hot air heating, colour chart-plotter, DSC VHF and more. She is excellent value!

Accommodation :
Teak interior with teak and holly sole (laminate).
Forward cabin with a V berth, opening deck hatch, shelving, hanging locker and storage space under the berth.
L-shaped settee in the saloon to port and a settee opposite to starboard (2 x single berths) with storage behind them.
Saloon table with folding leafs and opening deck hatch.
L-shaped galley to port with twin stainless steel sinks, cold pressurised water, shelving and storage lockers.
Large forward facing chart table to starboard opposite the galley with plenty of storage space
Aft cabin to port with a large double berth, shelf and hanging locker. Hull port on the transom gives extra light into the aft cabin.
The Heads is aft of the chart table to starboard with marine toilet, wash hand basin, pressurised cold water and access to wet locker.
