„Bright Star“ – 1980 LM27 much loved my her current and previous owner. She is offered for sale through no fault of her own, but now new adventures await her with a new owner.

Built in 1980, she has been very nicely maintained over the years. This can be seen by her general condition, and replacement engine in 2008 which still looks to be in fantastic condition. Her current owner has updgraded and loved her in many areas, highlighted further into this advert.

Overall these are lovely 6 berth family cruising boats, which are designed to take the rough stuff.

LM Yachts grew from a wooden furniture factory in Lunderskov, Denmark. The company grew into fibreglass production in the 1950’s, and by 1969 they began production of the well-known LM sail boats. The LM 27 because Europes most produced motor sailor at the time. Truely, a heritage to be admired, and a yacht built to last.

She is lay afloat, and ready for viewing in Milford Marina. Approximatly 150 yards from our office door.

Sleeps six in two cabins.
Excellent size saloon, with seating area converting into 2 double berths. Center table. Plentiful storage, and well lit.
Forward cabin vee berth arrangement, with infill. Storage, and good access.
Heads to Port. Sea toilet and sliding sink. Wardrobe opposite.

Cockpit leads to wheelhouse. Good size cockpit, lots of seating on weighted cushions. Huge storage beneath. Access into wheelhouse, with a well proportioned helm. Galley opposite, well equipped.

Side decks are wide and spacious. Good access to forward deck, housing anchor windlass and locker.
