Bavaria 40 from 2002, UK registered in 2003 and sailed exclusively in the Adriatic since its launch. It is now Croatian registered with VAT paid, owned by a syndicate of three people. The vessel has always been in private ownership and use, never chartered and never raced.
Powered by Volvo 55 HP diesel engine (overhauled 2017) with sail drive.
The boat has been professionally maintained throughout its life in Split and at appropriate times has undergone major refitting of important items including:

– The dinghy and outboard from 2018
