Accommodation :
The accommodation aboard the Princess 45 is spacious, practical and designed for comfortable extended cruising, offering generous headroom and well-thought-out living spaces.
Entering the saloon from the aft cockpit, you step into a bright and welcoming main living area with large windows that provide excellent natural light and panoramic views. The saloon typically features comfortable seating to port with a large sofa and occasional seating opposite, along with a dining table that easily accommodates guests. The interior joinery is finished in warm, high-quality timber, giving the space the classic Princess feel of solid craftsmanship and understated luxury.
A few steps down from the saloon leads to the well-equipped galley, positioned to port. The galley is practical for extended stays aboard, offering generous worktop space, storage lockers and the usual range of appliances, including a 4-burner electric hob, Microwave, refrigerator, new in 2024, and sink with pressurised hot and cold water. It has a 500 litre water tank.
Forward of the galley is the guest cabin, arranged with twin single berths and good locker storage, making it ideal for guests or family members. Opposite is the day heads compartment with a marine toilet, a washbasin and shower facilities.
In the bow is the spacious owner’s cabin featuring a large centreline double berth, hanging lockers and additional storage, creating a comfortable private retreat. The layout provides excellent space for a boat of this size.
Overall, the Princess 45 offers comfortable accommodation for four to six people in two, making it a highly capable and enjoyable motor cruiser for family cruising or extended time aboard. This vessel is fitted with Eberspacher diesel cabin heating.

History & Construction
Built in 1991, this Princess 45, designed by Bernard Olesinski, has a white GRP hull and decks with non-slip surfaces. It has all-around seating in the aft cockpit area. Wheel steering, stainless steel stanchions, pulpit. Glass flybridge screen with full flybridge covers and bimini. Teak battens to the bathing platform. Self-draining cockpit. Last out of the water in April 2025 when she was antifouled, hull polished, and anodes changed. The owner has is selling as he is looking for a smaller motorboat.

This Princess 45 is powered by twin Volvo TAM71B 380hp 6 cylinder diesel turbo engines, which have completed approximately 1240 hours as of 4th March 2026. Engines have shaft drives to two fixed 3-bladed bronze propellers. Engines are supplied by two steel fuel tanks, each holding 750 litres, giving a total fuel capacity of 1500 litres. She has trim tabs. This Princess 45 will cruise at 20 knots and has a maximum speed, depending upon load and wave conditions, of 28 knots. The engines have been serviced annually and maintained by the owner, a retired boat safety examiner. To make handling easier, she is fitted with a Vetus 8HP through tunnel bowthruster with a remote control.
This motor yacht also benefits from a Westerbeke 8 KVA diesel generator that was last serviced in April 2025 by the owner.
Electrical systems:
This motor yacht is fitted with 7 24v 120AH batteries, 4 x domestic new 2025, 2 x engine new 2021, 1 x Genset 1991. All are charged by the engine alternator, 240V battery charger, and generator. She is also fitted with a 240V ring main system and 240V hot water immersion heater.
